We setup custom jigs for heat forming and bending plastic pieces for each project.
Our facility is equipped with multiple heat bending work stations, and we custom build what we need.
You can see in the picture above, a project manager has taken a flat sheet of plastic and made some precision bends to spec using a jig setup specifically for the piece.
